Terms and Conditions for the BCI Training Contest

1. Eligibility
This contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older as of the entry date. Employees of [BCI] and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. The contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Period
The contest begins on 12/20/24 at 6 pm and ends on 1/20/25 at 6 pm Eastern Time. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

3. How to Enter
Participants must:
a) Follow [BCI's social media handle @trustbci.
b) Like and share the official contest post.
c) Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the contest post.
d) Submit their name, email, and other required information through the entry form.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and notified via the contact information provided within seven business days of the contest end date. A new winner will be selected if the winner does not respond within [48 hours].

5. Prize
The prize includes free training on asset recovery services BCI provides, valued at approximately $899. The non-transferable prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Publicity
By entering, participants consent to use their name and likeness and submit content for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy
Participants' personal information will be collected and used by [BCI’s Privacy Policy]. Data will only be used for contest administration and to notify the winner unless participants opt-in for future communications.

8. Limitation of Liability
BCI is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, nor for technical failures or unauthorized human intervention.

9. Rights Reserved
BCI reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest anytime for reasons beyond its control.

10. Acceptance
By entering this contest, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
